1798 $1 Large Eagle, Pointed 9, Wide Date, B-15, BB-112, R.3,
AU50 NGC. Bowers Die State III. This scarcer variety early
dollar offers sea-green borders, golden-brown fields, and
steel-gray devices. Refreshingly devoid of post-strike abrasions,
but a couple of granular areas are noted on the lower half of the
obverse. The left obverse exhibits several moderate adjustment
