Carlos III gold 8 Escudos 1772-JS Popayan, KM50.2, AU58 NGC Norweb Collection, a handsome example with old-time harvest gold patina and nearly full mint luster. The strike is very sharp and the overall eye appeal is excellent. There is one tiny rim nick at 11 o'clock on the obverse, but this coin is completely free of any adjustment marks or flan flaws. First date of the revised bust type.Metal: Gold
