Closed 3 Type
1873 G$1 Closed 3 MS64 PCGS. A prooflike peach-gold near-Gem
with a smooth appearance and excellent eye appeal. The strike is
good though incomplete on the 7 in the date and the IC in AMERICA.
Though its Open 3 cousin is plentiful, the Closed 3 is very scarce.
Housed in a green label holder. Population: 6 in 64, 4 finer
