1882 3CN PR67 Cameo PCGS. Both sides are devoid of toning, creating a stark black and white cameo contrast. A tiny mark at the center of the obverse is the only mark on either side seen. Both the fields and devices are free of spots and hairlines, and the overall effect is quite impressive.
