Description
1926-D $1 MS66 NGC. The 1926-D is less available than most collectors realize, though examples can still be located with minimal effort through MS65. Premium Gems are very scarce. The strike is generally strong with areas of minor softness. Daubs of pale almond-gold patina appear over mostly bright, silvery surfaces. A number of bold die cracks are seen. From the #5 NGC Registry Set of Peace dollars, circulation issue (all coins).From JC's Dollars. (Registry values: N1793)
