Eight Tailfeathers VAM-14.2
1878 8TF $1 MS66 NGC. VAM-14.2. This brilliant First Reverse
Morgan dollar is remarkably free from marks and displays blazing
cartwheel sheen. The strike is intricate throughout. The reverse is
die doubled, most apparent near 4 o'clock. Among the finest
examples of the introductory, briefly coined design subtype.
