1964 Quarter on a Silver Dime Planchet
1964-? 25C Washington Quarter--Struck on a Dime Planchet--MS64 NGC. 2.5 grams. This shimmering near-Gem has dashes of lovely orange color on each side. LIBERTY and the denomination are off the flan, the date is intact but the mintmark area is not present. The weight corresponds to a silver dime planchet; a clad dime weighs 2.27 grams.From The Bellaire Collection.
