Scarce Low-Mintage Date
1846 $10 AU50 NGC. A scarce date in the early Liberty eagle
series, rarely seen in grades above AU55. The mintage was only
20,095 coins, and only a slender percentage of that production has
survived. Although the surfaces are a bit abraded, this AU example
is nicely defined and displays hints of its original luster.
