1949-D 50C MS66 Full Bell Lines PCGS. CAC. The 1949-D Franklin half is well-struck, so that most high-grade examples bear the Full Bell Lines designation, but the Premium Gem level is as good as it gets at both PCGS and NGC. This top-drawer PCGS example shows mottled russet patina throughout the obverse, while the reverse shows a silver center and a tad of grayish and iridescent patina near the rims. Population: 31 in 66 Full Bell Lines, 0 finer (8/13).(Registry values: N2998)
