Description
Rare Silver Buffalo
1936-S Buffalo on a Dime Flan, MS62
1936-S 5C Buffalo Nickel--Struck on a Silver Dime Planchet--MS62
PCGS. The tops of 936 are visible on this piece, along with the
mintmark for positive identification. Struck on a planchet intended
for a Mercury dime, this silver Buffalo is a rarity that should
generate considerable bidder interest. Both sides are brilliant
with light silver luster. Some central design weakness is evident.
