Description

1838-C $5 VF30 Uncertified. A popular rare date coin in a challenging series, also the only Charlotte struck coin of this design. This is a copper golden color specimen, heavily abraded, with wear becoming the grade assigned. The coin still has a lot of character and will make a good type coin in a nice collection.
