Description
Difficult MS63 1919 Walking Liberty Half
1919 50C MS63 PCGS. Among Philadelphia issues, only the 1921 and 1916 have lower mintages than the 1919. This explains the scarcity of the 1919 in VF or better. Blazing luster illuminates the present slate-gray and almond-gold representative. A thin line on the eagle's back leg was likely on the flan prior to the strike.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24PY, PCGS# 6577, Greysheet# 6701)
