Lustrous 1875-S Trade Dollar MS64
1875-S T$1 MS64 NGC. Type One Reverse, Large S. This virtually brilliant silver type coin has exemplary luster, and is smooth aside from the infrequent moderate field graze. A suitable strike with softness limited to Liberty's head and the eagle's right (facing) claw. Although the San Francisco Trade dollar issues all had generous mintages, most entered commerce and were eventually melted.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2536, PCGS# 7039, Greysheet# 7369)
