1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Two Leaves--Plugged--NCS. VG Details. B-2, BB-20, R.3. Awkwardly plugged through the I in LIBERTY, which is reengraved, and the nearby field is smoothed. The plug is also unmistakable near the final A in AMERICA.
