1889-CC $1 XF45 PCGS. Both sides of this Choice XF example have light gray color with hints of pale gold toning. Traces of luster remain around the devices. The usual limited quota of tiny handling marks can be seen on the surfaces, but there are no significant imperfections of any type. This is a wholesome and attractive example of the popular Carson City Mint key-date issue.(Registry values: P9, N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2559, PCGS# 7190, Greysheet# 7554)
