1807 50C Large Stars, 50 Over 20 AU55 PCGS. O-112, R.1. A
charming first-year Capped Bust half with the engraving blunder 50
Over 20. The diemaker began to enter the denomination as 25C before
realizing the mistake. A similar 25 Over 50C error occurs on 1822
and 1828 quarters.This example is tan-gray with gunmetal toning on the device highpoints. Satin luster shimmers from protected areas. Impressively unabraded despite its light circulation.(Registry values: N1793)
