1795 $5 Small Eagle--Reverse Scratched--NGC Details. XF. Breen-6412, BD-3, High R.3. This piece has faint scratches below the branch, just inside the lower border. The appearance is more of a series of faint grazes, with no obvious metal movement. Both sides have light green-gold surfaces with few other blemishes.(Registry values: P5)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25ND, PCGS# 8066, Greysheet# 8791)
