1869/9 1C MS63 Brown NGC. VP-001, FS-301, Snow-3. This is the variety that was once called an 1869/8 overdate. Additional study has shown that it is a repunched date, rather than an overdate. Regardless of nomenclature, it is a popular and highly desirable variety.
