Description

Newfoundland. Victoria lead Uniface Trial 10 Cents 1882-H, Heaton mint, NF-20, SP55 PCGS. Charlton plate coin. Struck on an octagonally-shaped planchet, using the reverse die of the Newfoundland 1882 Heaton mint dime. A one-sided strike, the surfaces retain some of the flan's natural imperfections with deep gray color throughout. Wonderful as a collection companion piece and ideally suited for the specialist of Newfoundland or the 10 cent denomination.
