EASTERN EUROPE. The Eravisci. Ca. 1st century BC. AR denarius (17mm, 2.50 gm, 8h). NGC Choice VF 5/5 - 3/5, brushed. Imitating C. Naevius Balbus and L. Papius. Diademed head of Venus right / IRAVISCI (AVI ligate), griffin leaping right.
