Kneeling woman, raising laurel branch toward portrait of the prince // Inscription in eleven lines. Commemorating the attendance of Prince Albert at the African Circle at SARM. Seemingly struck for the August visit, which would have been just before Albert succeeded Leopold II as ruler that December.
