Description
1957 Cent on a Silver Dime Planchet MS63
1957 1C Lincoln Cent--Struck on a 10C Planchet--MS63 NGC. 2.5 grams. This flashy cent is silver-white aside from a hint of tan toning near the rims. A few wispy marks near the reverse exergue determine the grade. Softly struck on Lincoln's shoulder and the O in ONE. E PLURIBUS UNUM and IN GOD WE TRUST are weak in places, since the undersized planchet could not completely fill the dies.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22FM, PCGS# 2840, Greysheet# 2022)
