1999-D 25C Delaware Quarter--Struck on a 5C Planchet--MS65 NGC. 4.9 grams. The lettering merges into the border on this piece, slightly smaller in diameter than a normal quarter. The weight is 0.1 grams lighter than a standard nickel, although within tolerance for that denomination.
