Description
1786 COPPER New Jersey Copper, Narrow Shield AU55 PCGS. Maris 17-b, R.2. Straight Beam. A lightly circulated golden-brown state copper. Well centered and nicely struck. The UNU in UNUM and the base of the horse are moderately marked. A minor rim ding is on the reverse at 3 o'clock. Listed on page 66 of the 2012 Guide Book.Ex: San Francisco ANA (Heritage, 7/2005), lot 5021.
