1872 1C MS63 Red and Brown PCGS. The sandy tan surfaces display a mild woodgrain effect, as sometimes seen on copper issues of this era. The strike is nice and the surfaces are clean and pleasing. A single spot of verdigris is noted within the second feather of the headdress on the obverse.(Registry values: N1793)
