1803 1C Small Date, Small Fraction, S-254, B-13, R.1, XF45 NGC. Breen Die State II with no evidence of the crack from the rim to the drapery. This piece has traces of later orange color clinging to the devices. The chestnut-brown surfaces exhibit microscopic roughness.
