1839 N-13 Booby Head Cent, MS65 Brown
Late Flowlined Die State
1839 1C Booby Head, N-13, R.2, MS65 Brown PCGS. The
flowlines of this late die state piece create exceptional luster on
this Gem example that displays a bold strike and wonderful
chestnut-brown surfaces. Reverse die cracks through UNITED STATES
identify the die that was used with two obverse dies. The N-13 has
puckered lips and the N-15 has long, straight lips. Our EAC grade
