1828 1/2 C 13 Stars, C-3, B-2, R.1, MS64 Brown PCGS. Manley
Die State 4.0. The usual late die state. A highly appealing example
showing splashes of mint red on the light brown obverse. The
reverse is similar, but with only a trace of faded red. The 1828 13
Stars C-3 half cent is a popular choice with type collectors who
