1902 $1 PR66+ PCGS. CAC. The year 1902 was a significant one in the way proofs were manufactured, transitioning away from the old method of highly polished fields and frosted devices toward a new all-brilliant finish. This high-end Premium Gem dollar features dusky, original toning in shades of rose-gold, ice-blue, and sea-green. The flashy fields reveal vibrant iridescent colors when rotated under a light, enhancing the tremendous eye appeal. Population: 21 in 66 (3 in 66+), 15 finer. CAC: 7 in 66, 8 finer (2/25).
