1927-S Walking Liberty Half, MS65
None Finer at NGC
1927-S 50C MS65 NGC. On close inspection, slight separation
can be detected between Liberty's thumb and index finger, and some
detail is present on Liberty's head and the eagle's leg. This
amount of detail is rare on the 1927-S, one of the most poorly
struck issues of the series. The unmarked surfaces display vibrant
satiny mint luster and outstanding eye appeal. NGC has not graded
an example in higher numeric grade (9/18).(Registry values: N4719)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24RA, PCGS# 6587, Greysheet# 6726)
