Description

1922-D 1C MS65 Red PCGS. A gorgeous olive-red Gem that lacks the usually seen flyspecks. Sharply struck save for the final 2 in the date. The Denver Mint was the only facility that struck cents in 1922, presumably because of heavy silver dollar production at Philadelphia and San Francisco. PCGS has graded just 10 finer Red examples (1/11).(Registry values: N1793)
