British India. Victoria gold Proof Restrike 10 Rupees 1879-(b) PR62 NGC, Bombay mint, KM495, Prid-35, S&W-6.21. Reeded edge. Flashy and entrancing, this is one of only two dates for the denomination with the VICTORIA EMPRESS legends, and as such, proves quite difficult for most collectors to acquire. While just the lightest cabinet rub is detectable, in line with the designation, the coin continues to field ample die polish.Metal: Gold
