George III Counterstamped Bank Dollar of 5 Shillings ND (1797-1799) AU58 NGC, KM626, S-3765A, ESC-1852. Host: Mexico Charles IV 8 Reales 1795 Mo-FM (cf. KM109); Counterstamp: Type I oval bust of George III (UNC Standard). A boldly rendered countermark, where upon close inspection one can see the king's facial and bust features, applied on a lightly handled host.
