1886 Three Dollar, AU55
Pleasing for the Grade
1886 $3 AU55 PCGS. This low-mintage issue (1,000 pieces
struck) is always in demand, even though it was heavily saved at
the time of issue. The current Choice AU coin is slightly scarcer
than its Mint State counterparts, as the denomination hardly
circulated by the 1880s. A bold strike and olive-gold patina
