Geneva. Canton 12 Florins 9 Sols (Taler) 1795-TB MS65 NGC, KM111, Dav-1769, HMZ-2-339h. A late-period City of Geneva remission, issued three years before France, under the Directory, annexed Geneva and its surrounding territory. Displaying the ideal amount of unencumbering cabinet patina and effervescent glow, this Gem is also superbly struck and devoid of any adjustment marks that sometimes can be found on this issue. A delightful offering for the Swiss Taler specialist.Metal: Silver
