Description

1893-O Ten Dollar Liberty, MS63
Conditionally Scarce

1893-O $10 MS63 PCGS. Variety 1. The 1893-O is a common date in grades through MS62. It remains scarce in MS63 and is currently unknown graded higher than this. PCGS has a population of 13 coins in MS63 (12/19)

Since the start of 2011, only three PCGS-certified MS63 1893-O eagles have sold at auction. This piece yields soft, satiny wheat-gold mint luster and sharp detail. Only the faintest surface contact marks are discernible, which is exceptional for the grade.
