Description

Wilhelmina I Proof 2-1/2 Gulden 1938 PR63 PCGS, Utrecht mint, KM165, Schulman-790. An extremely scarce series in Proof, only one example appears on the NGC census, and only three appear on PCGS's; this being the top grade yet awarded, tied with one other at PCGS. The only Proof example of the entire series yet to sell with Heritage was a 1937 example in 2017. This beautiful Dutch Crown-size Proof is tremendously brilliant with an alluring icy-white aesthetic. A selection that should be of great interest to our Dutch audience, or just those who appreciate attractive rarities.

Metal: Silver
Diameter: 38mm
