1884 10C PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. F-101, R.3. The icy-white devices exhibit impressive contrast, and approach a Deep Cameo designation. A nicely struck, lightly toned, and virtually pristine Premium Gem. A diagonal dash of struck-in grease beneath the M in DIME will identify future appearances of this lovely specimen. CAC: 11 in 66 Cameo, 26 finer as Cameo (4/18).Ex: Pre-FUN Orlando (Superior, 1/2004), lot 233; Richard J. Chouinard Collection / Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 2/2005), lot 6264; ANA Signature (Heritage, 7/2005), lot 5876, which realized $1,667.50.
