1941-D 25C Doubled Die Obverse, FS-101, MS67 PCGS. This Doubled Die Obverse variety has long been known by specialists in the Washington quarter series, but its recent inclusion in the Cherrypicker's Guide should add considerably to its appeal. Doubling is clearest on the motto and 41 in the date. Speckled golden tones occur mostly around the rims, leaving the centers brilliant. A sharply struck, top-graded example of this interesting variety. Population: 1 in 67, 0 finer (1/18).
