1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Three Leaves, B-5, BB-27, R.1 -- Repaired -- NGC Details. VF. Bowers Die State Tooling is evident at the centers of both the obverse and reverse, as wells other handwork at 12 o'clock near the reverse rim. The areas of repair not withstanding, the coin retains sharp definition a fair measure of eye appeal. Traces of luster remain at the margins with golden-gray toning and blue accents across both sides.
