British Colony copper Proof 10 Cents 1791 PR64 Brown NGC, FT5B, KM3a. Very rare and desirable. While not too many examples have crossed the auction block in the last decade, Heritage happened to have sold a PR63 Brown example in our September, 2015 sale (Heritage 3042, lot 34373), where it hammered for $1,550 against a pre-sale estimate of $600 to $800. Not only is the piece on offer now a technical higher grade, it also seems to be more eye appealing, with a more even brown patina.Metal: Copper
