Only 15 Certified in PL
1878 $3 MS62 Prooflike NGC. This brilliant yellow-gold
specimen has fully mirrored fields around its satiny devices with
scattered grade-consistent marks. The strike lacks the level of
detail normally found on proofs, confirming the circulation strike
format. However, Prooflike survivors are still rare in their own
right, with only 15 certification instances for this date
