1900 Quarter, Condition Census MS67+
Distinctive Toning
1900 25C MS67+ NGC. The 1900 Barber quarter is available
through MS65, but finer pieces are disproportionately rare. This
Superb Gem is the second-finest at NGC. Distinctive toning blankets
the right obverse and left reverse sides in gold, crimson, and
ocean-blue colors, leaving the remainder of the coin warm
champagne. The eagle's right (facing) wing junction boasts sharp
definition, although the talons are slightly soft. No bothersome
abrasions appear beneath the patina. Census: 4 in 67 (1 in 67+), 1
