1864 1C Copper Nickel PR65 Cameo PCGS. While the 1864
copper-nickel cent is the usually seen proof variety for the year,

level. Color and contrast are defining qualities of this Gem proof.
An overlay of orange, violet, yellow, green, and blue patina paints
