1838 Large Stars Dime, MS66
No Drapery, F-113
1838 10C No Drapery, Large Stars, F-113, R.4, MS66 PCGS. The
obverse border displays golden-brown and apple-green patina. The
reverse is brilliant save for glimpses of multicolor across the
rim. Sharply struck and devoid of noticeable contact. The
worm-shaped die flaw on the central reverse is seen only on F-105
and F-113. F-104 has a repunched star 9, while that star is normal
on F-113.From The Globus Collection.
