1864 1C L On Ribbon MS65 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. Both sides are attractive, with about equal parts of orange-red and medium brown. The strike is sharp but not full, and contact is minor. The reverse is rotated about 50 degrees counterclockwise with respect to the obverse. A nice collector coin.
