Scarce in This Grade
1900 $10 MS65 NGC. A bold strike and frosty orange-gold
luster characterize this piece, and a vibrant cartwheel effect adds
to the appeal. Some small abrasions on Liberty's cheek and between
the hair bun and star 10 prevent a finer grade. The 1900
Philadelphia issue is scarce in MS65 and notably rare any finer.
