1893 Half Eagle, Frosty Premium Gem
Only Two Finer Submissions at NGC
1893 $5 MS66 NGC. Glowing, frosty luster swirls over largely
wheat-gold surfaces with areas of sun-yellow and straw accents.
This boldly struck Premium Gem originates from a high-mintage issue
that nonetheless is a clear condition rarity so fine. NGC has
certified just eight examples in Premium Gem with only two finer
submissions (4/15).(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25YA, PCGS# 8383, Greysheet# 8939)
