1876 Trade Dollar, MS64
Type One Obverse, Type Two Reverse
1876 T$1 Type One Obverse, Type Two Reverse, MS64 PCGS.
Original silver-gray patination drapes lustrous and beautifully
preserved surfaces. The strike is sharp throughout, and the eye
appeal is outstanding for the conservatively assessed third-party
grade. This subtype combination is the most prevalent on 1876 Trade
dollars, although the Type One Obverse and Reverse is also readily
obtained. The rare variety is the Type Two Obverse and Reverse.Coin Index Numbers: (Variety PCGS# 40111, Base PCGS# 7041, Greysheet# 213422)
