1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Two Leaves, B-1, BB-21, R.2, PCGS
Genuine. Bowers Die State I. The PCGS number ending in .94
suggests Altered Surfaces as the reason, or perhaps one of the
reasons, that PCGS deemed this coin not gradable. In our opinion,
this coin has the details of a VG specimen that has been
cleaned. We note a possible small repair at 2 o'clock on the
reverse. Areas of deep-gray toning at the rims accompany smoothly
